Jim Larkin has nearly 15 years of experience counseling contractors and non-profit organizations on labor and employment matters, human resources compliance, employee benefits, and myriad commercial as well as government contracting matters. Jim’s particular expertise is creatively resolving disputes — whether they be contract or labor related. Jim supports the firm’s government contracts practice in bid protests, claims and disputes, prime/sub disputes, teaming agreements, and other contracting matters. He also assists clients in resolving union and non-union employee issues, helps them with developing and overseeing human resources programs, and counsels them on ERISA qualified retirement and health and welfare plans. As with the other members of the firm, Jim’s pragmatic approach and client focus is what makes him an effective and valued addition to the firm.
